What exactly is a Jobmonger?
A Jobmonger is an active working professional insider who you can book for a one-on-one video call. They are not career coaches. They are the people who were actually in your place when they started.
How much does it cost?
A Jobmonger Career Session is ₹1,620, the same standard price for every Jobmonger. It includes a 60-minute live session, a pre-session questionnaire, a practical after-session deliverable, a quality check, and one 48-hour touchback. You pay per session with no subscription and no hidden charges.
How does a session work?
After you book and pay, a private chat opens where you can share your resume or documents. At the scheduled time, you join a video call from your browser, with no app to install. After the call, you receive your deliverable pack with concrete action items.
What do I actually walk away with?
Every paid session ends with a practical deliverable matched to what you booked: a Career Direction Map, resume direction, interview answer notes, or a negotiation script direction. You also get one focused 48-hour touchback to ask for a clarification, correction, or polish on the same deliverable.
Is the session recorded?
The audio is recorded only to generate your written report, and the recording is deleted right after the report is created. The report is private. Only you and your insider can see it.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Same-day cancellations made more than 2 hours before the session receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 hours are not refundable. You can request a reschedule, subject to insider availability.
How do I know the insiders are real?
Every insider goes through identity verification (government ID) and a manual review of their work history before they can appear on the platform. Ratings and reviews come only from people who actually completed a paid session.
